Day 4 – one-month introduction to meditation

Good morning. It’s Sunday today, so I have a special challenge for you.

Today’s lesson is:

Day 4

Do exactly as you did yesterday – experimenting with co-ordination of breaths and steps, in order to find your breathing rhythm. But, go for a walk without any particular purpose, or any planned route, and without your mobile phone. Cha-CHA! Let me know how it goes…
